Easy to use, with no over-cutting when compared to sheet or plate, Domite bars come pre-notched for easy forming and application, providing an extra level of protection for wear and impact applications, particularly in chutes and ore handling equipment such as reclaimers and buckets.

 

Domite Bars, also known by the reference "CB", are wear bars composed of a combination of high Chromium with Nickel, Manganese, Molybdenum and Tungsten Carbide.

 

With a hardness greater than 700 HB (63 HRC), they are highly resistant to abrasion and impact, ensuring maximum protection for the equipment, with an excellent cost-benefit ratio.

 

It is commonly used for wear protection on buckets, excavators, dredging machines or for lining chutes and rock boxes.

 

Domite Bars can also be used in conjunction with other wear products for extra protection.

 

Only the widths vary, while the height and length remain unchanged. They have a steel base to facilitate assembly with welding and a wear area in cast steel tempered by special processes, ensuring hardness and microstructures that are different from other conventional cast steels.
