​Rolled and tempered wear plates are good solutions for everyday use, in areas where abrasion and erosion are not extreme.

Tungstek do Brasil sells rolled plates with two types of tempering:

Hardox® Line: Water-tempered plates, easy to weld and highly resistant to abrasion and impact, with hardness ranging from 400 to 600 HB.

Creusabro® Line: In addition to being easy to use and good resistance, it has an oil tempering that ensures greater homogeneity of hardness, from the surface to the core, a smaller Heat Affected Zone for hot cuts and better performance at temperatures up to 500ºC, in addition to subsequent hardening, when in working mode, by the action of the TRIP effect.
