Double Insert Hammer
Hammers are the most important and wearable parts in a rotary crusher. They work by crushing the material while rotating at high speed.
These parts are subject to high wear and tear and, to increase performance, are made of cast and tempered steel and assembled with Tungsten Carbide blades in the attack and high impact region.
Tungstek develops these hammers with a focus on the best cost-benefit ratio, without breakages.
Double Insert hammers are developed with the aim of increasing the attack area of the parts, increasing their resistance to wear and impact.
This special development included 2 Tungsten Carbide bars in the impact area and achieved 4 times greater performance than with just one bar, ensuring fewer equipment interventions and a better cost-benefit ratio.
