Tungsten Carbide

Sintered Tungsten Carbide is the most resistant joint material currently known. It combines excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion and impact and no other material has this same characteristic.

It is applied, from the machining of steels to the coating of equipment, subject to high wear.

Our manufacturing includes high purity components and micro grains that generate a product of the highest quality and resistance, normally formed with a Nickel (Corrosion) or Cobalt (Abrasion) base.

The process includes selection of composition and raw materials, drying, mixing, high pressing, sintering in vacuum furnaces with controlled atmosphere, machining and final finishing.

Everything is done by highly qualified personnel with over 40 years of experience in the manufacture of sintered Tungsten Carbide.

We make any piece based on a drawing or sample.
