​Wear plates for use in chutes and gutters, using a steel base and ceramic coating with high resistance to abrasion, erosion and moderate impact.

These plates can be coated with High Alumina or a mix of Alumina + Zirconia + Silica, with or without rubber, according to the client's design or conception.

It is the best material for use with mineral or vegetable coal, fertilizers, mineral fines, etc.

It has high hardness (62 to 67 HRC) and low application cost, being a material with excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion and corrosion. Alone, they have excellent resistance to high temperatures (+1000ºC).
