Parts Recovery
Recovery of wheels of forged low alloy steel forged grate cars and overhead cranes. Welding is carried out on the external region and metallization is carried out on the internal diameter. The recovery carried out gives the assembly greater resistance than the original design due to the use of an alloy with hardness and mechanical resistance, without the need for subsequent heat treatment.
Coatings with Special Welds and PTA
Fan wear plate lining with material resistant to erosion and corrosion at high temperatures. Hardness of 72 HRC and composition of 60% spheroidized Tungsten Carbide cast on a stainless Nickel base.
